Villette New Cairo is an up-and-coming luxurious residential and commercial compound located in Cairo, Egypt. The project was initiated in October 2018 by the Arab Contractors Group—one of the largest construction companies in the Middle East and North Africa region. Villette New Cairo is situated just outside of Cairo, near the border with El Fayoum.
The compound was designed with a focus on creating a modern, vibrant community atmosphere with luxury amenities and plenty of green spaces. The entire project covers an area of 1.2 million square meters, making it the largest private real estate development in Egypt.
Upon completion, Villette New Cairo will have over 8,000 apartments and townhouses, as well as various commercial and other facilities. The residential units range from one to five bedrooms, with sizes ranging between 270 and 600 square meters. The residential part of the compound features various amenities such as swimming pools, gardens, retail stores, and playgrounds.
The compound also has a commercial district which includes multiple cafés, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the compound contains multiple clubhouses and event spaces, allowing residents to hold events or gather together for leisure activities.
